Findability Sciences, Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, and Nath School formalize a landmark MoU to advance AI healthcare solutions, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency across India.

Mumbai, India – In a pivotal advancement for artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, Findability Sciences Private Limited, Nath School of Business & Technology, and MMRI Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital have formalized a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement aims to collaboratively research, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven healthcare solutions, enhancing the adoption of AI technologies in clinical environments.

The MoU lays out a structured framework to create and validate advanced applications of AI focused on various aspects, including clinical decision support, diagnostics augmentation, predictive analytics, operational optimization, patient outcomes, and hospital efficiency. This partnership integrates enterprise-grade AI expertise, academic research, and practical clinical settings to produce solutions that are both ethically sound and scalable.

“Healthcare AI must be built where decisions are made—at the intersection of data, clinicians, and real operational constraints,” stated Anand Mahurkar, Founder & CEO of Findability Sciences. “This collaboration allows us to design and validate AI systems that are not only technically sophisticated but clinically meaningful, compliant, and ready to scale across India’s healthcare ecosystem.”

Findability Sciences will spearhead the overall AI architecture, model development, and governance, utilizing its proprietary methodologies and frameworks tailored for enterprise applications. Meanwhile, Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital is set to provide clinical expertise and anonymized healthcare data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, along with access to live or simulated clinical environments for rigorous testing and validation. Nath School of Business & Technology will contribute through its faculty expertise and student involvement, bolstering the research, experimentation, and documentation processes.

With this MoU, the involved parties express a collective commitment to constructing trustworthy, data-driven healthcare systems. By leveraging AI to augment clinical judgment and enhance operational resilience, they aim to deliver measurable value at scale, contributing to a more efficient and effective healthcare ecosystem in India.
