Subgen AI Expands Europe Team with Key Hires to Boost AI Adoption in Sweden

Subgen AI strengthens its European expansion with strategic hires Henrik Pryssander and Brad Hariharan, enhancing market presence for its Serenity Star AI platform.

Stockholm, Sweden – Subgen AI AB (“Subgen AI” or “the Company”), a European provider of enterprise-grade generative AI infrastructure and software, announced two strategic appointments in Sweden today. These moves signify a critical step in the Company’s broader European expansion strategy aimed at enhancing its market presence and accelerating the adoption of its Serenity Star AI platform in key regions.

The new hires are expected to bolster Subgen AI’s enterprise sales and partner-led go-to-market capabilities, which are essential as the Company seeks to increase its footprint across Europe. “These appointments represent concrete progress in our European expansion journey. Building the right team is essential as we scale our technology, deepen partnerships, and increase customer adoption across the region,” stated Lorenzo Serratosa, CEO of Subgen AI AB.

Henrik Pryssander joins Subgen AI with over a decade of experience in enterprise software sales and go-to-market execution. His most recent role was at HCLSoftware, where he successfully drove license growth and secured strategic enterprise contracts in the Nordics. Pryssander’s proven ability to scale commercial growth and foster long-term customer relationships is seen as a valuable asset for the Company.

Brad Hariharan, on the other hand, brings more than 15 years of international experience in strategy, partnerships, and operational leadership within global technology organizations. Prior to joining Subgen AI, he was the Managing Partner at Euro Strategy Consulting and held positions at IBM, where he led initiatives in digital transformation and strategic partnership development across Europe. His expertise in delivering measurable commercial impact through scaled technology ecosystems aligns with Subgen AI’s objectives.

With these additions to its leadership team, Subgen AI aims to enhance its capacity for delivering innovative AI-driven solutions throughout Europe. The Company plans further key hirings as initial steps in Sweden, Germany, and France, reflecting its commitment to building a robust regional presence.

Subgen AI specializes in developing both infrastructure and proprietary agent-centric AI-as-a-Service software under the brand name Serenity Star. The Company focuses on accelerating the adoption of AI technologies across various sectors, including healthcare, energy, legal, and human resources. With rapid growth, Subgen AI is currently expanding its data centers and service offerings to clients across Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

As the market for generative AI continues to evolve, Subgen AI’s strategic hires and planned expansions position the Company favorably to capitalize on emerging opportunities. The focus on building a strong sales team and enhancing partner relationships is likely to play a pivotal role in its ability to scale its solutions and drive customer adoption in an increasingly competitive landscape.
