ParOne has appointed Sheryn Richards to lead the marketing efforts at AVA Golf, its wholly-owned subsidiary focused on developing an AI-powered game improvement intelligence platform. This initiative is geared towards transforming how golfers analyze and enhance their performance through advanced video and data capabilities.
Richards joins AVA Golf with nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy, particularly within the golf and sports technology sectors. Most recently, she held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at GOLFZON America, where she spearheaded digital strategy across multiple brands, enhancing SEO growth, marketing automation, and analytics.
Before her tenure at GOLFZON, Richards played a pivotal role at Troon, managing over 120 websites, eCommerce platforms, and mobile applications for various golf courses and hospitality brands across the United States. Her background also encompasses agency and consulting work, focusing on SEO, website optimization, and performance analytics.
In her new role at AVA Golf, Richards will be tasked with building the marketing function from the ground up. This includes overseeing brand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, and communication efforts as the company prepares to launch its AI-driven platform. Her goal is to position AVA as a category-defining performance intelligence brand built upon proprietary video and data systems.

Richards holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Arts from George Mason University. She began her career in creative and digital design, a foundation that continues to influence her user-first approach to marketing.
