Validity Launches Next-Gen AI Platform “Engage” to Optimize Email Campaigns with 2.5B Data Points

Validity launches its AI platform, Engage, utilizing 2.5 billion daily data points to enhance email campaign performance and streamline marketing operations.

Validity has launched its next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) platform, Validity Engage, aimed at empowering marketers to launch effective campaigns with enhanced confidence and speed. The platform is designed to assist enterprise marketing teams in streamlining their operations and making informed decisions by proactively identifying issues that could hinder campaign performance.

Validity Engage sets itself apart from conventional point solutions by leveraging an expansive data network that processes over 2.5 billion data points daily, which reflects a significant portion of global commercial email traffic. This extensive dataset allows the platform to provide advanced insights, enabling marketers to detect risks early and strategize effectively.

Mark Briggs, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Validity, emphasized the importance of this technological advancement. “We have spent years building the largest and most trusted data network in marketing,” he stated. “Engage is how we put that intelligence to work to help marketers see what’s coming, act fast, and deliver better campaigns with far less friction.” According to Briggs, the platform not only surfaces revenue opportunities but also optimizes content and automatically resolves issues across all outgoing emails.

Designed with practical marketing execution in mind, Engage consists of four specialized agents that operate seamlessly throughout each campaign. The Ignite Agent serves as the foundational layer, automatically flagging and addressing rendering, code, and compliance risks before emails are sent. The Guardian Agent monitors subscriber experiences and deliverability, enabling marketers to detect issues at an early stage. Additionally, the Expression Agent generates on-brand content and subject line variations, ensuring that emails are aligned with brand standards. Finally, the Insight Agent compares campaign performance against competitors and highlights missed revenue opportunities.

Matt Gore, Chief Technology Officer at Validity, noted that “Agentic AI is only as accurate as the data and tools behind it—and we’ve built an AI engine powered by the richest, most reliable dataset in email.” He emphasized that Engage transforms their vast data resources into practical, continuous assistance for marketers throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

In conjunction with the introduction of Engage, Validity has expanded its deliverability capabilities within the Litmus platform, providing email marketers with clearer insights into their campaign performances. Users can now access aggregated data on inbox, spam, and tab placements across recent campaigns, enabling them to quickly identify underperforming emails within a familiar platform.

Cynthia Price, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Validity, remarked on the necessity for detailed deliverability insights. “Email marketers need clear answers about deliverability, beyond the surface-level metrics provided by ESPs,” she stated. By integrating inbox placement and campaign-level deliverability insights directly for marketers, Litmus is positioned as a comprehensive solution tailored specifically for enterprise clientele.

To further simplify the marketing execution process, Validity has introduced an unlimited pricing model across its solutions. This new model eliminates seat caps and usage-based restrictions, allowing for easier adherence to best practices and facilitating scaling of innovative approaches.

As the digital marketing landscape continues to evolve, platforms like Validity Engage are poised to enhance the capabilities of marketing teams, enabling them to respond to challenges with agility and effectiveness. The integration of AI-driven insights represents a significant leap forward in how businesses can approach their marketing strategies in a data-rich environment.
