As AI continues to redefine the landscape of cybersecurity, security leaders must prioritize governance that safeguards critical data while still allowing for experimentation. Offering employees the necessary training to use AI confidently and involving them in the design process are essential steps to ensure that AI workflows align with operational realities. By embracing this approach, organizations can transform AI into a powerful ally that enhances human judgment, creativity, and decision-making capabilities in the ever-evolving cybersecurity arena.
