Baird & Warner Launches AI Social Media Assistant to Streamline Agent Marketing Efforts

Baird & Warner partners with Rejig.AI to streamline social media marketing, potentially saving agents hours weekly while enhancing brand control and engagement.

Baird & Warner has announced a partnership with Rejig.AI to enhance social media efficiency for real estate agents in the Chicagoland area. Dean Rouso, senior vice president of strategic initiatives at Baird & Warner, emphasized the dual role of social media as both a crucial connection point for clients and a time-consuming aspect of the real estate business. The collaboration aims to address agents’ requests for a more efficient yet personalized social media marketing tool tailored specifically to their market.

Agents utilizing the Rejig.AI platform can upload photos, videos, and links or rely on the system to suggest content by scanning local news and pulling market statistics from Local Logic. The platform also consolidates data from multiple listing services, which include new listings, properties under contract, and recent price changes. During the onboarding process, agents provide materials such as headshots, logos, and details about target neighborhoods, while a Rejig specialist assists in setup and offers a tutorial.

The Rejig.AI system learns from agent preferences over time, allowing for the creation and refinement of content. Agents can request the platform to generate graphics for open houses and schedule posts across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business, and YouTube. The functionality includes producing carousel posts, videos, and reels, with options for both manual scheduling and automation.

The platform also provides agents with monthly performance reports and weekly content previews via text message. An optional voice cloning feature allows agents to record a sample of their voice, which can then be used to generate narrated posts and videos. Rouso noted that early beta testing among agents has yielded overwhelmingly positive feedback.

“The response from our agents has been overwhelmingly positive,” Rouso stated. “Agents appreciate how the tool gives them control over their brand while eliminating the manual steps that make social media marketing so time intensive.” He further indicated that Rejig.AI can save agents hours each week on content creation and marketing, presenting a more cost-effective alternative to hiring designers, videographers, and dedicated social media managers.

By maintaining a consistent online presence, the platform allows agents to focus on their business and clients, especially during busy periods when they are managing multiple transactions. This innovation reflects a broader trend in the real estate industry where technology is increasingly utilized to streamline operations and enhance client engagement.

As the partnership between Baird & Warner and Rejig.AI evolves, it will likely serve as a case study for other firms looking to improve their marketing strategies through technological advancements. With the ongoing influence of social media on consumer behavior, the ability to engage clients effectively and efficiently could prove pivotal in a competitive marketplace.

At AIPressa, my work focuses on deciphering how artificial intelligence is transforming digital marketing in ways that seemed like science fiction just a few years ago. I've closely followed the evolution from early automation tools to today's generative AI systems that create complete campaigns. My approach: separating strategies that truly work from marketing noise, always seeking the balance between technological innovation and measurable results. When I'm not analyzing the latest AI marketing trends, I'm probably experimenting with new automation tools or building workflows that promise to revolutionize my creative process.
