Doceree Appoints Matthew Baggett as SVP, AI Solutions to Drive reptwin.ai Commercialization

Doceree appoints Matthew Baggett as SVP, AI Solutions, to accelerate commercialization of reptwin.ai, an AI-driven platform enhancing healthcare marketing engagement.

Industry Leader with Deep HCP Engagement and Digital Transformation Experience Joins to Accelerate reptwin.ai Commercialization

Doceree, the world’s first AI-powered Operating System for healthcare marketing, has announced the appointment of Matthew Baggett as Senior Vice President, AI Solutions, effective March 3, 2026. In this role, Baggett will lead the advancement and commercialization of reptwin.ai, a new AI-driven platform designed to integrate media intelligence, real-world data, and physician engagement into a cohesive and measurable ecosystem.

The move underscores Doceree’s commitment to AI innovation, addressing the increasing demands on life sciences organizations to demonstrate quantifiable, outcome-driven engagement across digital and point-of-care environments. Baggett joins Doceree with over two decades of experience in healthcare engagement, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Pharma Sales at Level Ex, now known as Relevate Health Games. There, he directed commercial strategy for physician-focused digital engagement initiatives.

Before his tenure at Level Ex, Baggett was President and General Manager of Skipta, a leading physician community platform in the United States. His leadership played a crucial role in the expansion of Skipta’s data and digital infrastructure, enhancing its ability to connect healthcare professionals.

“As we continue to scale Doceree, sustained investment in AI innovation remains central to our strategy,” said Harshit Jain, MD, Founder and CEO of Doceree. “reptwin.ai is foundational to how we are redefining engagement and intelligence in healthcare marketing—bringing together context, data, and physician behavior in unprecedented ways. Matthew’s experience in building and scaling physician engagement platforms positions us to accelerate our next phase of growth with the right leadership.”

Kamya Elawadhi, Co-founder and President of Doceree, added, “Matthew brings a rare combination of platform-building acumen and deep physician engagement expertise. At both Relevate Health and Skipta, he operated at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial outcomes—exactly where reptwin.ai excels. His insights will enhance our ability to connect AI innovation with measurable value for life sciences brands.”

Baggett expressed enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “Doceree is doing something genuinely different. reptwin.ai addresses one of the most persistent challenges in healthcare marketing—fragmentation. It integrates AI, media intelligence, and real-world behavioral data into a unified platform, enabling brands to engage physicians in a contextual, compliant, and measurable manner from the first touchpoint to the last. Having spent my career building physician-focused platforms, I see a clear commercial opportunity here—and I’m excited to help scale it.”

Thomas Shea, Chief Revenue Officer-Patient Affordability and AI at Doceree, noted, “Matthew’s track record of scaling technology-enabled HCP engagement through immersive experiences speaks for itself. His commercial instincts and platform expertise will accelerate reptwin.ai’s reach and deepen the measurable value we deliver to our partners.”

Baggett’s appointment is part of Doceree’s broader momentum as the company continues to expand its executive leadership and advance its AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing, which now includes capabilities in point-of-care, programmatic engagement, affordability intelligence, and conversational AI. Reporting directly to Shea, Baggett is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing.
