People.ai, the leading AI data platform, has announced strategic leadership changes aimed at enhancing its brand and customer focus. Kimberly Gordon joins as Senior Vice President of Marketing, and Natalie Wolf, previously the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, is promoted to Chief Customer Officer. This dual appointment is expected to guide the company’s evolution in a rapidly changing AI landscape.
In a statement, Jason Ambrose, CEO of People.ai, expressed his enthusiasm for the new appointments, stating, “Natalie and I worked closely during Anaplan’s transformation, and her passion for our customers and her team was evident. Her leadership inspires a company culture that drives excellence.” He continued, “I am thrilled to partner with her on this next phase of our journey and to further develop our customer focus and company culture.”
Natalie Wolf brings over two decades of experience in customer success, having previously held roles at leading organizations such as Anaplan, Celonis, FourKites, and TigerConnect. At Anaplan, she was instrumental in scaling the organization from $20 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to over $340 million, redefining the customer experience and earning accolades from Forrester for the Customer Experience program of the year. Additionally, she has experience in finance transformation at Deloitte and Accenture. As Chief Customer Officer at People.ai, Wolf aims to elevate customer success by helping clients navigate the AI maturity curve effectively.
“Customer Success is the connective tissue, and that strengthens as our position to help roll out AI solutions deepens,” said Wolf. “My focus is to help our customers move confidently up the AI maturity curve and put our technology to work in every corner of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The winning companies will place Customer Success at the center of their operating model, and I’m excited to help our customers realize that full value.”
Joining her in leadership is Kimberly Gordon, whose marketing expertise spans over two decades. Gordon’s previous roles include leadership positions at various hypergrowth startups and as co-founder of VC Brand Leaders, a community focused on women in venture capital. She has also played significant roles in brand strategy and marketing for companies like Bain Capital Ventures, Rhino, and OnDeck.
“I’m excited to join People.ai at such a pivotal moment for both the company and the industry,” commented Gordon. “Our product provides revenue leaders with the right answers, enabling them to orchestrate deals and drive revenue.
