Rohith Gopal has been promoted to Director – Data Engineering & AI at Tiger Analytics, as part of a strategic expansion in leadership aimed at enhancing the company’s expertise in data-driven solutions. This elevation, announced on February 2026, highlights Gopal’s 17-year career dedicated to enterprise data platforms, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

In his new role, Gopal will concentrate on driving innovation within data engineering and AI initiatives while bolstering enterprise-wide data capabilities for clients. His promotion comes at a time when many organizations are accelerating their digital transformation efforts, making robust data practices more critical than ever.

Gopal has cultivated significant expertise in developing strategic roadmaps for Enterprise DataLakehouse architectures and modern data warehouse systems. His contributions have allowed high-growth companies to efficiently scale their data infrastructure, enhance analytics maturity, and derive insights from complex data ecosystems. As Director, Gopal is expected to spearhead next-generation, AI-driven initiatives and reinforce scalable, future-ready data foundations.

Having joined Tiger Analytics over a year and a half ago, Gopal previously served as Principal Architect – Data & AI, where he played a vital role in architecting advanced data platforms and leading AI transformation projects from September 2024 to February 2026 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before his tenure at Tiger Analytics, Gopal was the Business Technology Solutions Manager at ZS from August 2022 to September 2024. His responsibilities included leading strategic technology initiatives aimed at aligning business objectives with scalable data and analytics solutions.

Gopal’s history also includes over seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers – Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC), where he occupied multiple leadership positions. He served as Manager, Analytics and Insights from January 2021 to August 2022, progressing through roles such as Senior Technical Lead and Technical Lead from 2015 to 2021. His work at PwC involved driving large-scale analytics implementations and enterprise reporting transformations across various industries.

Prior to joining PwC, Gopal held a senior consultant position at TEKsystems from May 2014 to July 2015, leading technical implementations that included Oracle Business Intelligence Applications and Informatica, among others. Throughout his career, he has worked at notable companies such as Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo company), Oracle, and Infosys, where he established a solid foundation in enterprise applications, data warehousing, and analytics engineering.

Gopal’s promotion reflects Tiger Analytics’ commitment to enhancing its leadership in data engineering and AI as enterprises increasingly focus on intelligent, scalable, and insight-driven operations. With a career marked by progressive leadership across global consulting and technology sectors, Gopal is well-positioned to lead efforts that will allow organizations to navigate the complex landscape of data and analytics in the years ahead.
