Wild Tech Unveils 2026 Growth Strategy with AI-Driven Solutions for Construction and Manufacturing

Wild Tech accelerates quoting for construction and manufacturing, reducing turnaround from eight weeks to seconds with AI-driven automation, enhancing client competitiveness.

Wild Tech, a managed service provider, is focusing on revolutionizing customer service through automation, aiming to enhance speed and scalability without displacing specific roles. According to CEO Wild, the company’s innovations are particularly transformative in industries such as retail, manufacturing, construction, and utilities, where time to market is crucial.

In the case of a windows and door manufacturer, the quoting process typically takes between six and eight weeks. This lengthy timeframe is often a barrier to winning business, especially for complex projects involving detailed drawings, which can span multiple storeys. Wild noted that Wild Tech has developed a model that enables it to process these drawings rapidly, providing estimates in seconds rather than weeks.

“Bringing speed to the process is really key for what we’re driving to,” Wild explained. “We’re finding that we’re doing this across the key industries we play in.” This approach allows Wild Tech to offer a comprehensive solution stack, including project management and application implementation, while also emphasizing customization to meet specific customer needs.

Wild highlighted the importance of adapting solutions to fit clients’ operational structures, rather than forcing them into a standardized package. This customer-centric approach, he noted, is particularly critical for established companies whose intellectual property must be safeguarded to prevent disruptions in their business.

“That rubs against the grain of the software vendors, because they always want us to jam it in,” he stated. “We do it in reverse of that.” This philosophy underlines the essence of Wild Tech’s managed service strategy, which encompasses everything from cabling and hardware to software and help desk support.

Customers can engage with Wild Tech for managed services, which can subsequently lead to more advanced solutions, including AI integration. Wild emphasized that guiding clients through their technological journey is paramount, particularly in an era where security concerns are prevalent. “If you can’t actually lead a customer through the entire journey—and obviously, security is a big play; customers just drop off,” he remarked.

As Wild Tech prepares for the future, the company aims to foster a deeper understanding of AI among its clients, helping them implement changes across their organizations. This strategic evolution includes establishing regional innovation hubs in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, where data sovereignty and ongoing AI model adaptation will be prioritized.

“We’re realigning up in Singapore and bringing in capability and skill around financial services, insurance and banking,” Wild added. He expressed optimism about the progress being made in this region, stating that once a solid foundation is established, the company will have a robust case for expanding its capabilities across other markets.

Wild Tech’s hiring of key personnel, including O’Brien, Walsh, and Rey, is seen as a significant step toward creating a unified Wild Tech experience. “We’re creating centres of excellence up in Singapore and we’re doing the same in Malaysia,” Wild explained, noting that the company is currently securing substantial contracts with manufacturers and supply chain businesses in these emerging markets.

In Australia, the company is focusing on the energy sector, where it has already gained traction. “We’re probably more advanced than a lot of economies in going after that, and we’re winning a lot of work in there,” said Wild, alluding to the unique opportunities presented by the region’s energy landscape.

As Wild Tech moves into 2026 and beyond, its emphasis on innovation and a tailored approach to customer needs positions it well for sustained growth in an increasingly competitive technological landscape. The company’s ability to adapt to industry demands and foster relationships with clients could prove invaluable as it helps organizations navigate the complexities of modern technology.
