According to the Futurum Group’s CIO Insights survey, data security and privacy concerns dominate AI considerations at 58.6%. Zoho must provide transparent documentation on AI processing locations, data residency, and auditing capabilities to alleviate IT security concerns that could otherwise block the adoption of its AI functionalities.
