MoxiWorks Launches RISE, AI Marketing Platform to Enhance Real Estate Agent Engagement

MoxiWorks unveils RISE, an AI platform designed to boost client engagement in real estate, addressing a staggering 77% gap in agent follow-up effectiveness.

MoxiWorks has announced the launch of RISE, a new AI-driven platform aimed at transforming the real estate industry by addressing critical gaps in client follow-up and engagement. The company asserts that many lost business opportunities in real estate stem not from poor service but from a lack of persistent engagement with clients. “In real estate, lost business usually isn’t from bad service, it’s from lack of follow-up,” stated Eric Elfman, CEO of MoxiWorks. He further emphasized that while nearly 90% of buyers express a willingness to work with their agents again, only 13% actually do, attributing this discrepancy to systemic issues rather than individual skill deficiencies.

The RISE platform is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of real estate agents by continuously interpreting client activities and predicting buyer and seller intent. This system alerts agents to the contacts and opportunities requiring their attention. Key features of RISE include daily task prioritization, predictive modeling that identifies clients most likely to transact within specific time frames, automated personalized content creation, and agent-controlled recommendations. Such tools aim to streamline the follow-up process, allowing agents to focus on high-priority leads.

For brokerages, RISE offers enterprise software that integrates AI functionalities to bolster client retention, recruiting efforts, and margin protection. The platform creates a shared workspace that enhances visibility across leads, campaigns, and performance insights. In turn, agents benefit from automated follow-up processes and prioritized guidance that can help drive engagement.

Ashley Fidler, Chief Product Officer at MoxiWorks, highlighted the platform’s design philosophy, stating, “There are plenty of AI tools on the market today, but too often they’re just bolt-on features added to existing products. RISE was built from the ground up as a native part of our platform. That means that while others might have to retrofit their tools to make improvements, we can roll out new automations and updates seamlessly.” This foundational design is intended to ensure smoother operational integration and updates, presenting a competitive edge in the expanding landscape of AI real estate tools.

Development of RISE commenced in 2024 and included extensive testing with prominent real estate enterprises and several hundred agents. This proactive approach in gathering real-world feedback has informed the platform’s capabilities, ensuring it meets the needs of its users effectively.

As the real estate sector increasingly turns to technology to enhance service delivery and client engagement, RISE represents a significant advancement in leveraging AI to reduce lost business through improved follow-up strategies. With the integration of predictive analytics and automated tools, MoxiWorks aims to empower agents to not only retain clients but also maximize their potential earnings by creating a more responsive and engaged client relationship.
