Tesseract Launches Site Manager and PRISM Vision Badge for Job Site Clarity

Tesseract unveils Site Manager and PRISM Vision Badge for real-time job site visibility.

Tesseract Site Manager and the Prism Vision Badge turn every worker into a real-time source of truth, creating clear, continuous intelligence across the entire job site.

Tesseract has announced the launch of its latest product, Tesseract Site Manager, on November 14, 2025, aimed at enhancing visibility and efficiency on construction, infrastructure, and military job sites. This innovative platform provides teams with a real-time overview of site activities, ensuring they are always informed about ongoing operations.

In addition to the Site Manager, Tesseract introduced the PRISM Vision Badge, a compact and durable wearable robot that attaches to a worker”s vest or helmet. This device is designed to document work automatically, capturing images at regular intervals while embedding time and location metadata. At the end of each shift, workers can simply place the badge in a charging dock, where the data is uploaded and organized without the need for extensive training or complicated procedures.

When integrated with the Tesseract Site Manager, the Vision Badge significantly enhances workforce capabilities. The Site Manager aggregates data from various sources, including Vision Badges, location trackers, access points, security cameras, and environmental sensors, presenting everything on a user-friendly dashboard. This dashboard shows personnel on site, tasks completed, equipment locations, and any potential issues needing attention, effectively creating a digital twin of the job site.

As workers navigate the site with their Vision Badges, they contribute to a dynamic sensor network that captures essential information about progress, safety, craftsmanship, and productivity in real time. This feature allows workers to display their contributions visibly and pridefully, fostering a sense of accomplishment as their work is documented and celebrated during daily reviews.

The key advantages of the Tesseract Site Manager and PRISM Vision Badge include:

  • Automatic visual documentation of daily activities, eliminating manual photo-taking.
  • Real-time tracking of personnel, tools, and equipment to enhance planning and safety.
  • Secure access control and credentialing for both workers and visitors.
  • Monitoring of multiple sites from a single central dashboard.
  • Streamlined device management for badges, sensors, and cameras.
  • Scalability and cost-effectiveness for extensive field teams.

John Boucard, CEO of Tesseract, emphasized the importance of these innovations, stating, “Tesseract Site Manager and the PRISM Vision Badge give teams real-time clarity. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, manual reporting, or guesswork, leaders now have continuous visual and sensor data that shows exactly what is happening on their sites, moment by moment. And most importantly, workers get to see their contributions reflected honestly and proudly every day.”

Both the Site Manager and Vision Badge are designed for rapid deployment, ease of use, and compatibility with existing systems. With the Site Manager serving as the command center and the Vision Badge providing frontline visibility, Tesseract aims to enhance safety, transparency, and pride in craftsmanship on any job site.
