Tesseract has announced the launch of its latest product, Tesseract Site Manager, on November 14, 2025, aimed at enhancing visibility and efficiency on construction, infrastructure, and military job sites. This innovative platform provides teams with a real-time overview of site activities, ensuring they are always informed about ongoing operations.
In addition to the Site Manager, Tesseract introduced the PRISM Vision Badge, a compact and durable wearable robot that attaches to a worker”s vest or helmet. This device is designed to document work automatically, capturing images at regular intervals while embedding time and location metadata. At the end of each shift, workers can simply place the badge in a charging dock, where the data is uploaded and organized without the need for extensive training or complicated procedures.
When integrated with the Tesseract Site Manager, the Vision Badge significantly enhances workforce capabilities. The Site Manager aggregates data from various sources, including Vision Badges, location trackers, access points, security cameras, and environmental sensors, presenting everything on a user-friendly dashboard. This dashboard shows personnel on site, tasks completed, equipment locations, and any potential issues needing attention, effectively creating a digital twin of the job site.
As workers navigate the site with their Vision Badges, they contribute to a dynamic sensor network that captures essential information about progress, safety, craftsmanship, and productivity in real time. This feature allows workers to display their contributions visibly and pridefully, fostering a sense of accomplishment as their work is documented and celebrated during daily reviews.
