Since implementing Aeve AI to manage guest communications, over 80% of Guesthoo’s messaging has been automated. The AI integrates seamlessly with Guesthoo’s short-let management system, adhering to specific operational rules for escalating issues and addressing guest inquiries. Known affectionately as “Eve” by the team, the AI handles routine messages, freeing human staff to concentrate on more nuanced or critical interactions.
“She doesn’t replace our team. She allows us to focus on higher-value work,” Ruth noted. “We added automation without losing control and gained back time to focus on meaningful improvements across the business.” The reliability of Aeve AI in pulling real-time system information has also minimized human error in fast-changing contexts, ensuring that guests receive timely and precise responses while maintaining operational standards.
