Cohere Health, a US-based startup specializing in clinical intelligence solutions for health plans, has announced the opening of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. This launch represents a pivotal step in the company’s strategy for global expansion, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing innovation, technological excellence, and its clinically trained AI platform.

In line with its vision to cultivate globally distributed teams, Cohere Health aims to transform the Hyderabad GCC into a centre of excellence dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and advanced clinical intelligence. The establishment of this facility underscores India’s integral role in the company’s operational model, supporting its mission to ensure timely and safe patient care.

“Our new Global Capability Center is a testament to Cohere Health’s belief in the power of clinical-led innovation and global collaboration,” stated Siva Namasivayam, CEO and Co-Founder of Cohere Health. “We’re excited about bringing together the best of AI-powered clinical intelligence with the remarkable talent and passion India has to offer. Leveraging India’s extensive talent pool, the Hyderabad GCC will be home to specialized teams in areas such as AI and AI/ML engineering, analytics, payment integrity, and clinical operations. Collaborating closely with teams based in the United States, the centre will enhance Cohere Health’s capacity to scale its clinically trained AI solutions and create more interconnected, data-driven platforms that bolster collaboration between payers and providers.
