Leadership Insights
Seet Teck Kiang, a transformation leader with over two decades of experience, is set to drive Zenika’s business strategy and regional growth. He has held senior roles at companies such as ThoughtWorks, EPAM Systems, and Zühlke Group, where he successfully guided clients through platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Seet’s expertise spans both the enterprise and public sectors throughout Asia.
Seet’s vision is in line with Zenika’s goal to scale its AI Multiplier Framework (SHAPE × SHIP × SYNC). This framework aims to unify product engineering, AI-boosted delivery, and cloud-native architectures, enabling organizations to transition from experimental AI to sustained business value. He stated, “What attracted me to Zenika is its ethos of engineering excellence and its ability to bring AI, product, architecture, and operations together with real discipline. The AI Multiplier Framework is a practical and powerful way to scale AI impact, and I look forward to accelerating Zenika’s growth across Asia using this model.”
Michael Isvy, who co-founded Zenika Singapore, returns to lead the company’s engineering and AI strategy. His focus will be on scaling augmented development practices, rationalizing AI usage, and industrializing AI workflows to facilitate complex, real-world delivery. Having navigated two different engineering cultures—France’s rigorous craftsmanship and Singapore’s rapid innovation—Michael aims to connect these diverse approaches within Zenika Singapore.
He expressed his vision, stating, “Returning to Zenika is about reconnecting the two cultures that shaped my approach to engineering. My goal is to turn our Singapore division into a true experimentation hub for AI adoption—making AI more reliable, more useful, and more accessible for our engineers and clients.”
Strategic Implications for Zenika
The appointments of Seet and Michael are seen as pivotal for Zenika’s future, particularly in enhancing its strategic capabilities in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Timothée Dufresne, Managing Director of Zenika Singapore, welcomed the dual appointments, noting, “Seet and Michael each bring exceptional strengths that perfectly complement Zenika’s ambitions for the next decade. Seet strengthens our business strategy and regional growth, while Michael elevates our engineering and AI capabilities. Together, they will drive the expansion and shape the next chapter of Zenika Singapore and Asia.”
With the growing demand for effective AI solutions in various sectors, these leadership changes come at a critical time. Companies are increasingly seeking to integrate AI into their operations to enhance productivity and innovation, underlining the importance of frameworks like the AI Multiplier Framework in achieving these goals.
