The Guardian Agent keeps a close watch on subscriber experiences and deliverability, enabling teams to catch complications early in the process. Meanwhile, the Expression Agent creates on-brand copy suggestions for subject lines, body content, and calls to action, ensuring that emails consistently adhere to brand guidelines. Lastly, the Insight Agent offers valuable competitive analysis and identifies missed revenue opportunities, thereby enriching the decision-making landscape for marketers.
Unlike traditional point solutions that primarily rely on limited internal data, Engage leverages Validity’s extensive data network, which processes over 2.5 billion data points daily, representing a significant portion of global commercial email traffic. This expansive dataset equips the AI with the capacity to predict outcomes and enhance clarity around decisions that were previously made reactively or with considerable manual effort.
