Diginex Secures $40M Deal with Resulticks, Eyes Potential Merger in AI Marketing

Diginex signs a four-year reseller agreement with Resulticks worth $40M, while exploring a potential merger to enhance AI-driven customer engagement strategies.

Regulatory technology provider Diginex has entered into a substantial four-year reseller agreement with Resulticks, a firm specializing in AI-driven customer engagement. This partnership is expected to generate approximately $40 million in revenue for Diginex. As these developments unfold, discussions regarding a potential merger between the two companies are also in progress, with significant updates anticipated in the coming weeks.

The collaboration will see Resulticks actively marketing and selling Diginex’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability software platforms to its corporate clients. This initiative primarily targets high-growth markets, including the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India, with a focus on key sectors such as retail, consumer goods, technology, and financial services.

Simultaneously, Diginex has restructured an existing financial obligation. The $8 million debt owed to Diginex by Resulticks will now be repaid in four equal installments of $2 million each, with the last payment due by the end of September 2026.

As the commercial partnership launches, both companies are also engaging in negotiations for a possible business combination. Preliminary terms for such a transaction are reportedly agreed upon, and discussions are ongoing with potential lenders to secure debt financing. Diginex has emphasized that while talks are progressing, a final agreement is not assured.

In pursuing immediate value from this collaboration, joint marketing and sales efforts have already begun. This strategic move aligns with Diginex’s broader expansion within the sustainability sector, following its acquisition of climate software firm PlanA.earth in early January 2026 and the establishment of a joint-venture framework agreement aimed at supporting ESG infrastructure development in Brazil’s Mato Grosso state. The new reseller agreement enhances Diginex’s distribution capabilities in vital global markets, potentially positioning the company for more ambitious future growth.

The partnership with Resulticks reflects Diginex’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the sustainability arena, leveraging innovative technologies to meet the increasing demand for responsible corporate practices. As these developments unfold, the implications for investors and market dynamics will continue to be scrutinized.
