Lenovo unveils AI-powered modular PCs and rugged devices at MWC 2026, designed for seamless business scalability and enhanced productivity across diverse work environments.

Barcelona, March 2, 2026 — Lenovo™ is leveraging its momentum from CES and Tech World at MWC 2026 to unveil a portfolio of AI-powered business devices, designed to assist organizations in scaling AI with confidence. The showcase features a variety of products, including modular AI PC concepts, rugged tablets, and enhancements to the ThinkPad™ portfolio, emphasizing a blend of innovation, reliability, and repairability essential for modern work environments.

The company’s announcements underscore a commitment to democratizing AI by creating products that are productive, adaptable, and secure. This approach addresses the real-world needs of professionals and IT leaders navigating increasingly distributed workspaces. By integrating AI-ready devices with strong repairability, diverse platform choices, and enterprise-grade security, Lenovo aims to simplify the adoption of AI-powered computing for businesses.

Among the notable highlights is the ThinkBookModular AI PC Concept. This innovative device features adaptive multi-mode form factors, detachable displays, and modular I/O ports tailored for flexible workflows and extended device lifecycles. The Lenovo AI Workmate Concept also makes an appearance, exploring how human-centric AI can enhance workflows through natural interaction and contextual assistance.

Lenovo introduces the ThinkTabX11, a rugged Android™ tablet designed for demanding frontline and industrial environments. This addition enhances Lenovo’s Think ecosystem, which traditionally focused on PCs. The tablet supports enterprise manageability and connectivity, ensuring it meets the needs of workers across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, and construction.

The ThinkPad portfolio sees significant updates as well, with enhancements across the ThinkPad T-Series. These AI-ready devices, available with Intel®, AMD®, and Snapdragon® platforms, continue to underscore Lenovo’s commitment to commercial reliability. The ThinkPad X13 Detachable is poised to serve mobile professionals effectively with its versatile functionality.

Another key product is the ThinkVisionM16, a lightweight portable monitor designed to enhance productivity for ThinkPad and ThinkBook users by providing additional screen space in a travel-friendly format. The ThinkBook 14 2-in-1 Gen 6, aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), combines multimode versatility with smart collaboration features and Intel Core Ultra performance.

“As AI moves from experimentation to everyday business reality, organizations need technology they can trust, scale, and sustain,” said Eric Yu, Senior Vice President of SMB Segment and Commercial Product Center at Lenovo. “At MWC 2026, Lenovo is showing how we are translating AI innovation into practical business computing.”

The ThinkTab X11 is powered by the Snapdragon® 7s Gen 3 Mobile Platform, promising reliable performance and efficient power consumption in rugged environments. It meets MIL-STD-810H standards and possesses IP68-rated durability, ensuring operability in harsh conditions. The device features a bright display with glove and wet-touch support, catering to field and outdoor use.

Lenovo also highlights the enhanced ThinkPad T-Series, introducing optional features like a 5MP camera with computer vision for improved video quality and larger speakers for a better hybrid meeting experience. The series has earned high repairability ratings, with select models achieving class-leading iFixit scores, reflecting a focus on serviceability and reducing downtime.

This focus extends to user-centric design. Some ThinkPad models have recently received third-party Calm Tech Certified™ Platinum certification for designs that aim to minimize cognitive load. Key features such as tactile keyboards and physical camera shutters are designed to enhance user experience and accessibility, particularly beneficial for professionals with varying needs.

Lenovo’s ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 and T16 Gen 5 maintain the longstanding tradition of reliability while incorporating modern performance enhancements. Both models are available with the latest Intel® Core Ultra Series or AMD Ryzen™ AI PRO processors, designed to efficiently handle everyday business tasks and support hybrid work environments.

The ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 emerges as the lightest T-Series design to date, weighing in at approximately 1.1kg. It features a new 58Wh battery for prolonged productivity and achieves an iFixit repairability score of 9 out of 10, emphasizing easy maintenance.

Lenovo also expands its offerings with the ThinkPad T14s 2-in-1 Gen 2, designed for seamless transitions between work modes. This model introduces a new garaged pen, facilitating notetaking and document markup. The ThinkPad X13 Detachable exemplifies versatility, optimized for touch-first workflows while retaining robust performance.

The ThinkBook 14 2-in-1 Gen 6 exemplifies flexibility for SMBs, featuring a 360-degree hinge and supporting modern AI capabilities. Accompanying it is the ThinkVision M16, designed to enhance productivity in various work settings by providing additional screen space with USB-C connectivity for a streamlined user experience.

As AI becomes integral to professional environments, Lenovo is committed to delivering secure and manageable platforms. The integration of ThinkShield™ security solutions across its commercial portfolio aims to safeguard data and support the scalable deployment of AI-ready devices. Lenovo’s offerings not only reflect the current technological landscape but also mark a strategic pivot towards sustainable and user-centric business solutions.
