Letser Launches AX Partners AI Consulting, Reducing Project Time from 40 Days to 2 Days

Letser’s AX Partners cuts project timelines from 40 days to just 2 days, rapidly delivering AI-driven solutions and securing over 20 clients in two months.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly becoming a cornerstone of corporate competitiveness, yet many companies continue to struggle with its implementation. To address this challenge, the startup Letser has launched an execution-oriented AI consulting service aimed at businesses facing obstacles in quick execution and measurable outcomes. “In the past, projects took months just to write and discuss proposals, but now that AI technology is advanced, this time to think about itself has become too expensive,” said Letser CEO Shim Kyu-hyun during a recent meeting. The service, named “AX Partners,” is designed to provide immediate results.

Founded in 2020 by graduates from KAIST’s AI graduate school, Letser has built a portfolio that includes the AI operation management platform StayX, an AI education brand called Available Campus, and an API management service known as AI Gateway. The AX Partners initiative aims to leverage this accumulated knowledge to enhance the speed of AI implementation in various corporate contexts.

The essence of AX Partners lies in its ability to execute quickly. Letser dispatches AX experts directly to corporate sites to identify problems and present immediate prototypes utilizing advanced AI technology. This approach streamlines the automation of various corporate operations, affecting areas such as brand planning, in-house mall construction, marketing, and enterprise resource management (ERP).

Early results from AX Partners suggest a strong level of effectiveness. According to Letser, a client company reduced its mall construction timeline from 40 days to just two days, while ad planning and production transitioned from several days to a mere 10 minutes, thanks to AI. Within two months of its launch, the service secured over 20 clients, including companies in the K-beauty and fashion sectors, and reported that last year’s orders had quadrupled compared to the previous year.

CEO Shim emphasized that although the initial costs may have been reduced, the benefits of the service are immediately felt, leading to high customer satisfaction. He stated, “We believe that we can create a company that only moves with AI by next year.” The vision for Letser extends beyond merely offering consulting services; the company aspires to evolve into a comprehensive “brand builder” through AX Partners. In this model, customers can concentrate on product development and production, while AI manages planning and marketing tasks.

As businesses increasingly recognize the necessity of AI-driven solutions, Letser is positioning itself to meet this demand head-on. The company’s focus on practical, executable AI strategies may not only alter how businesses operate but could also redefine the competitive landscape in several industries. With such rapid advancements in AI technology, the implications for corporate growth and innovation are profound, setting the stage for further developments in the months to come.
