Clearnote Launches AI-Powered Legal Contracts Platform for $29.99 a Month

Good Boy Records launches Clearnote, an AI-driven legal contracts platform for $29.99/month, streamlining contract drafting for independent creators across sectors.

Good Boy Records has officially launched its AI-driven service, Clearnote, which aims to streamline the contract drafting process for independent artists in music, film, television, and online content creation. This release follows a successful private beta phase, during which the service’s appeal extended beyond music to cater to a diverse range of independent creators and businesses.

Initially introduced last October, Clearnote is designed to automate the creation of various contracts, including producer agreements, artist-label deals, and collaborative arrangements. The service is now available to the public at a subscription rate of $29.99 per month. This plan provides users with access to three contract templates, ten finalized contracts, and 300 credits for usage within the platform. Custom plans are also on offer to better suit individual needs.

Cameron Siasi, VP of operations at Good Boy Records, noted the unexpected breadth of the service’s demand during its beta testing. He remarked on how quickly Clearnote adapted to fulfill the requirements of multiple sectors, encompassing everything from general businesses to independent creators and social media influencers in entertainment. This adaptability highlights the growing intersection of technology and creative industries, particularly as artists increasingly seek efficient solutions to navigate contractual complexities.

The launch of Clearnote comes at a time when many creators are turning to technology for support in areas traditionally handled by legal professionals. By leveraging artificial intelligence, Clearnote aims to reduce both the time and cost associated with contract negotiations, allowing artists to focus more on their creative endeavors rather than legal hurdles. This trend reflects a broader movement within the industry, where tools that simplify administrative tasks are becoming increasingly valuable.

As the entertainment landscape continues to evolve, the demand for such services is likely to grow. Independent artists and creators often juggle multiple roles, and platforms that enhance efficiency have the potential to significantly alter the way contracts are managed. Clearnote’s launch not only signifies a step forward for Good Boy Records but also marks a shift towards more accessible legal resources for those operating outside traditional studio systems.

Looking ahead, the expansion of Clearnote’s capabilities may provide crucial support for creators navigating an ever-changing media environment. As the service continues to develop, it could play a pivotal role in shaping how contracts are approached in the creative sectors, fostering a more equitable landscape for independent creators across various platforms. The continued evolution of AI in this space may pave the way for further innovations aimed at simplifying the business aspects of creativity.
