Netskope Launches One AI Security Suite to Safeguard $867B AI Ecosystem

Netskope unveils One AI Security suite to protect the projected $867B AI ecosystem, enhancing visibility and control over AI interactions and threats.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK), a leader in modern security and networking for the cloud and AI era, has unveiled its latest offering, Netskope One AI Security, aimed at enhancing the security landscape for artificial intelligence. This new suite of AI security capabilities is designed to protect, make visible, and accelerate the entire AI ecosystem, all integrated within the Netskope One platform. This announcement, made today, introduces not only advanced products but also a pioneering AI Index that tracks global AI adoption and associated risks.

The new products within the Netskope One AI Security suite include the Netskope One Agentic Broker, which provides visibility and control over all machine communication protocol (MCP) transactions, whether they are sanctioned or unsanctioned. This capability allows organizations to secure interactions between AI agents and data sources effectively. In addition, Netskope One AI Guardrails aims to prevent AI-specific threats—such as prompt injection and jailbreaking—by moderating content generated by large language models (LLMs) to facilitate responsible AI usage.

Another significant component is the Netskope One AI Gateway, which inspects and enforces security policies for privately hosted AI applications and models. This product ensures that organizations can securely manage interactions between their applications and LLMs without compromising on performance or compliance. Lastly, the Netskope One AI Red Teaming feature allows organizations to simulate adversarial attacks, exposing vulnerabilities in AI systems and applications.

Investment in AI technologies is on a steep rise. According to IDC, worldwide enterprise AI spending reached $241.8 billion in 2025 and is projected to exceed $867.3 billion by 2029. However, this rapid adoption has exposed significant security vulnerabilities. Many organizations utilizing legacy security measures lack the visibility required to manage the risks posed by AI applications, which can facilitate data exfiltration and other threats.

Netskope One AI Security aims to address these issues by providing comprehensive discovery, visibility, and real-time control over AI tools in use. The platform analyzes specific risks associated with these technologies and facilitates secure adoption throughout the ecosystem. Customers also gain access to Netskope NewEdge AI Fast Path, a set of capabilities designed to optimize latency when accessing AI resources. By combining high-speed access with intelligent, context-aware zero-trust controls, Netskope seeks to deliver a robust and secure environment for enterprise AI.

“The AI Supercycle is here, demanding a new standard for high-performance security and networking,” said Sanjay Beri, Co-Founder and CEO of Netskope. “We believe the next decade will be defined by an intelligent edge. Our Netskope One platform combined with our NewEdge network is exactly that: a structural architecture built specifically for the requirements of an autonomous, agentic economy.”

The ability to address evolving threats is crucial as organizations increasingly depend on AI to drive business processes and innovation. Alexander Schuchman, CISO and SVP of Global Network Engineering and Operations at Colgate-Palmolive Company, highlighted the importance of technology solutions in enhancing operational efficiency. “That said, technology comes with responsibilities,” Schuchman noted, emphasizing adherence to ethical guidelines and governance structures in AI deployment.

Specific features of the Netskope One AI Security suite further illustrate its comprehensive approach. The Netskope One Agentic Broker provides real-time monitoring of AI agent interactions with corporate data, ensuring a consistent security posture. Meanwhile, Netskope One AI Guardrails integrates with existing security frameworks to detect and block inappropriate content, while also mapping detections to established threat models like MITRE ATLAS and OWASP Top 10.

The Netskope One AI Gateway extends essential security controls to private AI environments, centralizing management and inspection of data flows. This feature ensures that autonomous AI interactions are both governed and secure, irrespective of whether the data flows through traditional cloud environments. Finally, the Netskope One AI Red Teaming capability allows organizations to preemptively identify vulnerabilities by subjecting AI models to simulated attacks, thereby enhancing the robustness of private AI deployments.

Netskope’s announcement comes amid a broader context of increasing reliance on AI technologies across various sectors. As enterprises strive to balance innovation with security, the comprehensive features of Netskope One AI Security may prove essential for organizations navigating the complex landscape of AI adoption while prioritizing safety and compliance.

At AIPressa, my work focuses on exploring the paradox of AI in cybersecurity: it's both our best defense and our greatest threat. I've closely followed how AI systems detect vulnerabilities in milliseconds while attackers simultaneously use them to create increasingly sophisticated malware. My approach: explaining technical complexities in an accessible way without losing the urgency of the topic. When I'm not researching the latest AI-driven threats, I'm probably testing security tools or reading about the next attack vector keeping CISOs awake at night.
