Circles and Huawei Announce Strategic Alliance for AI-Driven Telecom Solutions Globally

Circles partners with Huawei to deliver AI-native telecom solutions, enhancing real-time monetization and operational efficiency for global operators.

SINGAPORE and SHENZHEN, China, March 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Circles, a global digital telecom software company, has entered a strategic collaboration with Huawei, a leading provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. This agreement aims to jointly deliver AI-native, next-generation digital telecom solutions that will assist operators worldwide in their digital transformation journey.

The partnership is designed to leverage Huawei’s extensive network and cloud capabilities alongside Circles’ digital BSS vertical SaaS platform. Together, they intend to enable telecom operators to accelerate their transformation processes, unlock real-time monetization opportunities, and deploy intelligent, AI-driven services at scale. “Telecom operators are at an inflection point where AI is no longer optional – it is foundational,” stated Sanjay Kaul, Chief Revenue Officer at Circles. “Together with Huawei, we’re combining network expertise and our AI-native digital BSS to help operators accelerate monetization and deploy intelligent services at scale.”

The collaboration will explore strategic integrations across critical telecom domains, including charging, policy control, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent automation. The two companies plan to assess potential synergies between Huawei’s policy and charging capabilities and Circles’ SaaS platform. Key components of this integration will focus on real-time monetization through advanced charging, AI-driven policy optimization, and intelligent customer lifecycle management, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer experiences in increasingly competitive markets.

Alex Kang, Huawei Cloud Ecosystem President, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting Huawei Cloud’s extensive engagement in supporting telecom operators’ digital transformations globally. “We look forward to working with Circles to develop joint solutions and bring Circles’ products onto the Huawei Cloud Marketplace,” he said. This collaboration aims to create greater value for operators and exemplify a “true one-plus-one greater-than-two collaboration.”

The exploration will also include deploying Circles’ SaaS platform on Huawei Cloud environments, catering to scalable, secure, and sovereign-ready AI workloads. This deployment approach is expected to help telecom operators meet regulatory and data residency requirements across varied markets. Both companies aim to create an integrated end-to-end, network-to-digital architecture that supports rapid service innovation, automation at scale, and overall operational efficiency.

In conjunction with technology development, Circles and Huawei are considering joint go-to-market initiatives to present an integrated network-to-digital stack solution for telecom operators globally. This encompasses jointly engaging operators that are modernizing their legacy systems, deploying AI-enabled capabilities, and transitioning to fully digital, software-driven operational models.

This strategic collaboration marks a significant step towards advancing intelligent telecom infrastructure and accelerating the industry’s shift toward AI-native operations. As telecom operators increasingly recognize the necessity of AI in enhancing their services, partnerships like this are pivotal for future innovation.

Founded in 2014, Circles is transforming the telecom industry with its innovative SaaS platform, enabling operators to launch new digital brands or refresh existing ones. With partnerships across 14 countries, including notable companies like KDDI Corporation, Etisalat Group (e&), AT&T, and Telkomsel, Circles aims to shape the future of telecommunications.

Huawei, established in 1987, serves as a leading global provider of ICT infrastructure and smart devices, with a workforce exceeding 207,000 employees across more than 170 countries. The company’s mission is to deliver digital solutions to every person, home, and organization, driving connectivity and equal access to networks globally.
