The Nova Method Launches NovaSight, an AI Visibility Platform for Marketing Leaders

The Nova Method unveils NovaSight, a strategic AI visibility platform, empowering brands to enhance their discoverability in AI-driven searches and recommendations.

In a bid to enhance brand visibility in an increasingly AI-driven marketplace, The Nova Method™ has unveiled NovaSight™, a strategic AI visibility intelligence platform. This new tool aims to equip marketing and communications leaders with the necessary insights to understand, measure, and improve how their brands are perceived across AI-generated searches and recommendations. As emerging AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude become essential resources for vendor research and purchasing decisions, the need for brands to ensure their discoverability becomes ever more critical.

According to The Nova Method, the platform uniquely combines public relations strategies with artificial intelligence to convert complex signals into actionable insights. This approach is intended to bolster brand credibility, enhance differentiation, and stimulate measurable demand in a landscape where buyers often consult AI tools before even visiting a brand’s website. Christine Perkett, co-founder and CEO of The Nova Method, emphasized that AI-driven search has fundamentally transformed brand discovery, making tools like NovaSight vital for marketing and communications leaders aiming to navigate this new terrain.

NovaSight specifically addresses a significant blind spot in the buyer journey: the lack of visibility regarding how brands are surfaced in AI-generated recommendations. Many organizations struggle to ascertain whether they feature prominently in responses generated by AI, which could prevent potential customers from reaching their official channels. As such, the platform provides Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Chief Communications Officers (CCOs) with critical intelligence needed to control their brands’ visibility in AI contexts.

One key component of NovaSight is the Perception Index, which offers a diagnostic assessment of how AI systems perceive and describe a brand in response to buyer queries. This tool evaluates four crucial dimensions essential to AI visibility: off-site AI visibility, LLM (large language model) brand perception, competitor comparisons, and proprietary metrics that quantify AI-driven popularity and accuracy, namely the LLM Citation Index and Semantic Accuracy Score. The result is a comprehensive overview that helps brands understand their standing in AI-driven environments.

Alongside the Perception Index, NovaSight includes SiteOptimizer, designed to address the structural aspects of a company’s website to enhance its AI readiness. Utilizing the principles of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), SiteOptimizer analyzes a brand’s technical foundation— the very basis on which AI systems comprehend the brand. Recommendations include on-site technical improvements, structured data enhancements, schema implementation, and knowledge graph architecture, all aimed at ensuring AI interprets the web pages accurately.

The dual approach of the Perception Index and SiteOptimizer allows brands to assess how they are perceived by AI and to make necessary adjustments to improve their representation. This comprehensive strategy aims to enhance discoverability, accuracy, and competitive presence across AI tools, addressing both the diagnosis and remediation of AI visibility issues.

Christine Bartlett, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Hack The Box, noted that as buyers increasingly depend on AI for vendor evaluations, mere visibility is insufficient. “What matters is how consistently and accurately your brand is represented across the datasets and third-party sources LLMs draw from,” she stated, highlighting the platform’s role in helping organizations understand their positioning in AI-driven discovery.

The launch of NovaSight comes at a time when businesses must adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of AI technologies and their implications for marketing strategies. With consumers relying on AI for insights and recommendations, having a clear understanding of how brands are portrayed in AI-generated outputs is essential for maintaining credibility and competitive positioning.

As the influence of AI tools continues to grow, platforms like NovaSight may redefine how brands approach their marketing and public relations efforts, offering a pathway to enhanced visibility and influence in an increasingly digital and automated world.
