Cisco Unveils 360 Partner Program, Enhancing AI-Driven Solutions for Business Growth

Cisco launches the 360 Partner Program to enhance AI-driven solutions, streamlining partner profitability and support with clearer earning potential and new designations.

SAN JOSE, Calif., January 26, 2026 – Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) has launched the Cisco 360 Partner Program, a strategic initiative developed over a fifteen-month period in collaboration with its partners. This program aims to enhance the support that Cisco offers its partners, enabling them to meet evolving customer needs in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. By equipping partners to deliver solutions in areas such as AI-ready data centers, future-proofed workplaces, and digital resilience, Cisco seeks to strengthen its collaborative ecosystem.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program is designed to clarify partner roles and support predictable profitability. The introduction of the Cisco Partner Locator tool allows customers to easily identify partners with expertise across key Cisco portfolios, including Security, Networking, Collaboration, Services, Splunk, and Cloud and AI Infrastructure. This initiative highlights the company’s commitment to facilitating partnerships that deliver meaningful value.

Tim Coogan, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Cisco, emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, “With our partners, we’ve strengthened what is already a world-class ecosystem to deliver even greater value and help our mutual customers connect, protect, and thrive.” The program recognizes that being AI-ready is increasingly a competitive advantage, as indicated by Cisco’s recent AI Readiness Index. By fostering collaboration among partners, Cisco aims to provide essential infrastructure and services that support clients through their transformation journeys.

The program introduces several enhancements aimed at aligning with partner and customer priorities. One significant change is the Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI), which streamlines previous program elements, offering clearer earnings potential for partners. This alignment supports growth by connecting sales strategies with Cisco’s roadmap.

Additionally, new partner designations have been established to help customers identify partners with the appropriate technical capabilities. All participants in the program are classified as registered Cisco Partners, while those recognized as Cisco Portfolio Partners demonstrate proven expertise and commitment to customer engagement. Cisco Preferred Partners offer advanced technical skills and comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

To further empower partners, Cisco has introduced a range of resources designed to enhance their offerings. This includes bonuses within the Cisco Partner Incentive, aimed at increasing earning potential and focusing on key areas such as Secure Networking and Secure AI Infrastructure. The Partner Value Indexes (PVI) will soon feature dedicated frameworks for Developers/Advisors, Mass-Scale Infrastructure, and Distributors, enabling tailored learning paths to boost partner profitability.

A new Distributor Development Fund has also been established to foster greater alignment and success between Cisco and its distributors, concentrating on partner growth and enablement. The enhanced Cisco AI Assistant will provide a more intuitive experience for partners, allowing them to work more efficiently and focus on delivering value to customers.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program has garnered positive responses from several industry leaders. Elisabeth De Dobbeleer, Senior Vice President of Cisco Partner Program, stated, “The Cisco 360 Partner Program was designed with partners to foster collective success, enable differentiation, and help partners scale with confidence.” Kevin Brown, Vice President of Partner Management at Insight, affirmed the alignment of their approach with the program’s focus on delivering customer outcomes.

As the AI landscape continues to evolve, the Cisco 360 Partner Program positions Cisco and its partners to meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. The initiative not only aims to enhance the partner experience but also aspires to drive unprecedented growth and profitability for those who engage with it effectively. Cisco aims to solidify its standing as a leader in technology by continuing to innovate and adapt to the needs of its partners and customers.
