Unit4 Celebrates 100th ERPx Go-Live, Accelerates AI Investments Amid Growing Demand

Unit4 achieves its 100th ERPx go-live as it intensifies AI investments and secures major clients across Europe and North America, highlighting rising demand.

Unit4, the London-headquartered software company, has reached a significant milestone in the second half of 2025, marking its 100th customer go-live for its ERPx platform. This achievement is part of a broader strategy that includes new customer acquisitions in Europe and North America, an internal initiative focused on artificial intelligence learning, and an expanded cybersecurity attestation.

Focusing on organizations in people and service-based sectors, Unit4 reported an increasing adoption of its cloud-based enterprise resource planning products, with a renewed emphasis on its financial management portfolio. The deployment of ERPx has notably accelerated, showcasing its capacity to serve both public and private sector clients.

The company identified the successful implementation of ERPx with notable clients like the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, technology consultancy Epical, and the Dutch local authority Gemeente Delft. This landmark underscores the maturity of Unit4’s product roll-out programme and its implementation ecosystem, suggesting a growing acceptance of cloud-based ERP solutions in mid-sized and large organizations.

Industry analysts have observed the rapid pace of activity surrounding the ERPx platform. Nick Mayes, Principal Analyst at industry analyst firm PAC, noted that “Unit4 is building real momentum at a pivotal time for client organizations as they modernize their core ERP and financial applications.” He added that the company’s focus on people-centric industries positions ERPx and its Coda platform as essential tools for enhancing agility and resilience while leveraging advancements in artificial intelligence.

In addition to its ERP offerings, Unit4 has intensified its engagement with users of its long-standing financial management software, Unit4 Financials by Coda. A dedicated event was held in September for finance leaders utilizing the Coda platform, aligning product and commercial strategies to expedite innovation in areas such as AI, user interfaces, and analytics. The company also aims to bolster its partner strategy around Coda, responding to increasing demand from larger enterprises for agile and real-time finance solutions.

Unit4’s recent go-lives and customer signings reflect significant demand across various sectors. New clients include the Swedish Export Credit Corporation, a state-owned financier, and the regional authority De Provincie Zeeland in the Netherlands. In the UK, social care provider Lifeways Community Care selected Unit4 alongside the specialist support organization Achieve. In North America, John Fabick Tractor Company, a Caterpillar dealer based in Missouri, joined the expanding customer base, while Compass Group Belgium adopted Unit4 applications in continental Europe.

Within the company, Unit4 recently hosted its annual Learning Festival, centered on artificial intelligence. This two-week program featured in-person sessions held across eight global hubs and virtual events that attracted over 2,000 participants. Partners such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Gainsight contributed to the curriculum, which totaled more than 20,000 hours of AI-related learning. Topics addressed included foundational AI concepts, ethical considerations, and practical applications of AI within Unit4’s products and operations.

The initiative aims to foster an AI-literate workforce as the company prepares to integrate AI features across its product line and internal processes. Moreover, Unit4 has bolstered its information security credentials by obtaining the C5 Type 1 Attestation, a cloud security framework from Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security. This attestation complements existing certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and SOC 2, reinforcing trust and transparency regarding security controls for European customers.

Unit4’s leadership highlighted the strategic link between its product milestones and a commitment to people-centricity. CEO Simon Paris stated, “People-centricity is the North Star for Unit4. We remain dedicated to enabling our people and customers to achieve goals more efficiently and effectively.” He emphasized the company’s ongoing investments in core products and its commitment to innovation, particularly amid the rapidly changing work landscape influenced by AI technologies.

Looking ahead, Unit4 anticipates further ERPx go-lives and continued investment in Financials by Coda as well as its AI-related initiatives, positioning itself as a leader in delivering transformative solutions for the service-driven sectors.
