Doha, Qatar — TeKnowledge, a global technology services firm focused on enabling organizations to become AI First, has announced its participation in WebSummit Qatar 2026 alongside Microsoft. The collaboration aims to illustrate how businesses can transition from AI experimentation to effective execution in a secure and scalable manner.
The company is set to present its Agentic AI adoption services across various sectors, including government, healthcare, banking and financial services, and telecommunications. These services will demonstrate how organizations can manage the complexities of becoming AI First, covering the entire lifecycle from data management and security to adoption, training, and continuous support. The goal is to enhance operational productivity, improve customer experience, and accelerate business performance through AI agents.
“Qatar is shaping one of the world’s most ambitious digital economies,” said Rania El Khoury, Global Adoption Practice Lead and Qatar Country Manager at TeKnowledge. “Our commitment is to help every organization in the country translate that ambition into measurable outcomes, building AI capabilities that strengthen competitiveness today and create new opportunities for tomorrow.”
TeKnowledge is already advancing Agentic AI initiatives in the public sector of Qatar, showcasing real-world applications that extend beyond mere experimentation. Current initiatives include a unified Copilot interface that streamlines workflows for thousands of healthcare employees, an AI-driven analyzer that interprets nationwide community feedback to inform policy and service design, and an Intelligent Procurement Assistant that facilitates data-driven purchasing decisions across various government entities.
These efforts reflect a public sector increasingly focused on meaningful transformation. Recently, TeKnowledge has implemented a Microsoft Copilot adoption program within government entities in Qatar, engaging over 9,000 active users. This initiative has led to more than 1.7 million Copilot-powered actions, resulting in productivity gains equivalent to over 240,000 hours saved. Core functions have seen significant improvements, with HR support time reduced by 84%, financial reporting accelerated by 66%, and infrastructure monitoring time cut by 87%. After training over 15,000 professionals in its initial phase, the program is moving into phase two, which will include 17 additional government and semi-government entities, establishing a scalable framework for national digital excellence.
At WebSummit Qatar 2026, TeKnowledge plans to showcase how Agentic AI can transition from concept to impactful implementation on a national scale. As Qatar pursues the objectives outlined in Vision 2030, the next phase of transformation is expected to be characterized by intelligent agents that automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency across various sectors.
“It’s not enough to implement technology; people have to use it effectively,” Rania El Khoury emphasized. “We are helping clients move from concept to operational AI agents in weeks, not months, embedding governance, speed, and scalability from the outset. Our program ensures successful, lasting adoption through proven change management methodologies and relevant use case deployments, which is how we successfully scaled Copilot for thousands of users.”
