SRx Health and EMJ Crypto Launch EventHorizonIQ AI Ledger for Market Signals

SRx Health Solutions and EMJ Crypto launch EventHorizonIQ, a $55M AI-driven ledger documenting early financial market instability signals.

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SRx Health Solutions, Inc. (NYSE American: SRXH) and EMJ Crypto Technologies announced the public launch of EventHorizonIQ, a read-only, append-only ledger designed to document early signs of financial market instability through artificial intelligence-generated signals. This initiative marks a significant step in EMJX’s strategy to develop AI-driven financial infrastructure.

EventHorizonIQ provides a transparent public record of rare, discrete signals that reflect underlying market conditions rather than merely serving as prices or trading recommendations. The ledger currently publishes three primary signals: Liquidity Stress, which measures constraints in market liquidity; Belief Dislocation, which indicates divergence between market narratives and structural realities; and Policy & Regulatory Surprise, which assesses unpredictability from institutional actors relative to market expectations.

“EventHorizonIQ is not a trading tool, a prediction market, or a forecasting engine,” stated Eric Jackson, Founder and CEO of EMJX. “It is a ledger, with AI agents observing the system and recording when its underlying state changes. Most market signals do not deserve to become permanent records — which is why signals are rare by design.” This read-only interface is intentionally minimal, disallowing human submissions or commentary, and signals are only promoted to the public ledger after extensive internal testing.

While the public may view the immutable historical record, SRx maintains a separate internal layer where these signals inform modeling and capital allocation strategies. The public interface is accessible at EventHorizonIQ.

This launch comes amidst a broader context of substantial financial maneuvers by SRXH, including an all-stock acquisition of EMJ Crypto valued at approximately $55 million and a $1 billion equity line. The company has also filed for the resale registration of over 2.5 billion shares, indicating ongoing capital restructuring efforts. Despite these developments, SRXH reported a stockholders’ equity deficit of ($45.9) million as of June 30, 2025, significantly below the $4 million NYSE requirement.

Market activity surrounding SRXH has been subdued, with the stock closing at $0.1262 and trading volume at 16,756,840, equating to 0.65x its 20-day average. The stock has experienced a -7.12% movement recently, contrasting with mixed performances from peers such as AMS (+2.56%) and NIVF (+10.39%). A prior AI integration update on December 19, 2025, also resulted in a negative market response despite positive sentiment, indicating a potential trend where technology announcements do not automatically translate to stock performance.

The introduction of EventHorizonIQ aligns with SRx’s broader strategy of reframing its business narrative around AI-driven financial solutions. This follows the earlier integration of OpenAI’s large language models into its Gen2 Digital Asset Treasury and QAM risk engine, which similarly faced skepticism, witnessing a -6.87% decline in stock value.

As SRx Health Solutions continues to navigate these complex financial landscapes, investors will be closely monitoring both the execution of AI products and the completion of the EMJX acquisition for insights into the company’s future performance. The landscape of financial technology is rapidly evolving, and the introduction of tools like EventHorizonIQ could signify a shift in how market conditions are observed and recorded over time. The potential for improved transparency and risk management through AI-generated insights may ultimately reshape investor strategies in an increasingly volatile market.
