Hippocratic AI Partners with Cincinnati Children’s and UNC Health to Enhance Patient Care Access

Hippocratic AI partners with Cincinnati Children’s and UNC Health to enhance patient care access, achieving a 99.90% clinical accuracy across 180M interactions.

PALO ALTO, Calif., April 24, 2026–Hippocratic AI has announced significant growth in its mission to enhance patient outcomes through safe generative AI technologies. The company, which earlier launched AI Front Door and Nurse Co-Pilot, is expanding its partnerships to increase accessibility and improve care for a broader range of patients.

Among the new collaborators is Cincinnati Children’s, a top-ranked pediatric academic medical center. Cincinnati Children’s has been working with Hippocratic AI since 2024 and serves as a launch partner for Nurse Co-Pilot. The institution is also one of the early adopters of AI Front Door, which provides safe and empathetic AI support specifically tailored for pediatric patients and their families.

UNC Health, a comprehensive 20-hospital academic health system based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is another key new partner. The collaboration aims to improve patient experiences through AI-supported services for inbound phone inquiries. Initial efforts will focus on facilitating primary care appointment scheduling and managing calls to the UNC Health Specialty Pharmacy call center, effectively streamlining how patients receive information and organize their care. Plans are in place to expand these services in coming months.

The Gift of Life Marrow Registry, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating blood cancer and other life-threatening diseases via bone marrow and stem cell transplants, has also joined forces with Hippocratic AI. This partnership will leverage AI-powered voice outreach to engage over 550,000 volunteer donors throughout the donor lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing communication and follow-up. Through this initiative, the organization aims to keep donors connected and informed, enhancing the chances for patients to find life-saving matches.

According to Oliver Rhine, Chief Strategy Officer at Cincinnati Children’s, “We are excited to expand our work with Hippocratic AI and continue to use technology to improve patient outcomes and experience. Safety is a core commitment and priority at Cincinnati Children’s — and that is why we work with Hippocratic AI. Together, we are advancing Cincinnati Children’s mission to improve child health and transform care delivery so that every child has the potential to live their best possible life.”

Hippocratic AI is at the forefront of developing the first safety-focused Large Language Model (LLM) tailored for healthcare applications. The company’s objective is to drastically enhance healthcare accessibility and effectiveness by integrating deep healthcare expertise into everyday patient interactions. Their Polaris Constellation Architecture has already facilitated over 180 million patient interactions, achieving a remarkable clinical accuracy rate of 99.90% with zero instances of severe harm, supported by a strong network of more than 7,500 U.S.-licensed clinicians.

These partnerships and technological advancements underscore a growing trend in the healthcare sector, where the integration of AI technologies is becoming increasingly vital for improving patient care and operational efficiencies. As Hippocratic AI expands its footprint in the industry, the focus remains on leveraging technology to ensure safer and more effective healthcare delivery, a critical need in the evolving landscape of medical services.
