Decart, an artificial intelligence lab, announced on Thursday the appointment of Noy Levinson as General Manager, integrating her into the company’s senior leadership team. In her new role, Levinson will spearhead Decart’s global commercial and business strategy, establish and scale the company’s Go-To-Market organization, and oversee its expansion in key international markets.
A significant focus of her responsibilities will be to set up Decart’s new office in New York, enhance the company’s global B2B business, and cultivate strategic partnerships aimed at promoting the adoption of Decart’s advanced real-time video technology across various industries.
Levinson arrives with a wealth of experience in building Go-To-Market organizations from the ground up. She began her career at the Embassy of Israel in London, where she facilitated diplomatic relations and strategic collaborations with UK government and industry leaders. Subsequently, she joined Herzog, Fox & Neeman as an intellectual property attorney, contributing to the establishment of the firm’s tech-focused business development practice and leading significant strategic and international initiatives.
Her career progressed at Team8 Group, where she joined as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development during its formative stages. There, she led global partnerships, oversaw commercialization and go-to-market strategies for the group and its portfolio companies, and built a community of global C-level executives that became essential for early product validation.
At Amazon, Levinson played a pivotal role in establishing AWS’s Startup & VC business in Israel and the UK. She developed vertical GTM practices and expanded support for startups across all stages, from ideation to global expansion. Her tenure culminated in leading AWS’s North America Startup & VC organization, where she collaborated with top AI companies, supported M&A initiatives, and cultivated large-scale strategic partnerships.
Levinson’s appointment coincides with a period of significant growth for Decart. Within just 11 months, the company has successfully completed three funding rounds totaling $153 million, achieving a valuation of $3.1 billion.
“Noy brings to Decart a rare combination of deep commercial expertise, a proven ability to build GTM organizations from scratch, and a strong understanding of the global technology ecosystem,” said Dr. Dean Leitersdorf, Co-Founder and CEO of Decart. “Her experience building international operations, driving strategic partnerships, and leading business growth is exactly what Decart needs at this stage as we scale our B2B presence and continue developing our next generation of real-time video models.”
Levinson expressed enthusiasm for her new role, stating, “I’m joining Decart at a pivotal moment, as the company realizes its vision to become one of the world’s leading AI organizations. Decart’s real-time generative video technology is redefining how video is created and consumed. The company is experiencing extraordinary momentum, and my focus will be on building our GTM capabilities, partnerships, and global presence to scale our models into a broad, industry-wide commercial platform. It’s a privilege to help shape the next generation of AI — and to contribute to strengthening Israel’s role on the global stage.”
As Decart embarks on this ambitious journey under Levinson’s leadership, the company aims to solidify its position in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI technologies, particularly in real-time video applications. The combination of a robust funding base and strategic leadership may well position Decart to become a formidable player in the industry.
