Fovia AI Launches F.A.S.T.® aiCockpit® at RSNA 2025 to Enhance Radiology Workflows

Fovia AI unveils its F.A.S.T.® aiCockpit® universal AI viewer at RSNA 2025, showcasing interoperability across 18 products for enhanced radiology workflows.

CHICAGO, Nov. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fovia AI, Inc., a subsidiary of Fovia, Inc. and a leader in advanced visualization technology, has announced the showcase of its F.A.S.T.® aiCockpit® universal AI viewer at the Radiology Reimagined: AI, Innovation and Interoperability in Practice demonstration. The event runs from November 30 to December 3 at the 111th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiology Society of North America (RSNA 2025) held at McCormick Place in Chicago.

This demonstration highlights the integration of AI applications within the radiology workflow, illustrating how various radiology systems can utilize interoperability standards to embed AI. These standards include Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) AI Results & Integrated Reporting Applications (IHE AIR, IHE AIW-1, and IHE IRA profiles), CDS Hooks, HL7 FHIR, and HL7 FHIRcast, among others. The demonstration will also showcase Interactive Multimedia Reporting (IMR) and semantic standards such as RSNA Common Data Elements (CDEs) and the Radiology Lexicon (RadLex), indicating their vital roles in facilitating AI’s integration into diagnostic processes.

Attendees at the RSNA exhibit can explore AI integrations across 18 products from 16 exhibitors, grounded in real-world clinical scenarios and interoperability standards. Live demonstrations of Fovia AI software will be presented in collaboration with notable vendors including ACR Assess-AI, Coreline Soft, GE Healthcare, HOPPR, Interlinx, Jacobian, Microsoft, PaxeraHealth, Qvera, and Siemens Healthineers.

The Radiology Reimagined booth (#5104, South Hall) will feature insightful 20-minute sessions from Monday through Wednesday. These sessions will cover key topics in radiology, supported by demonstrations facilitated by Fovia AI. On Monday, the discussion titled “Speaking the Same Language: Enabling Semantic Interoperability in Radiology” will focus on how RadLex, CDEs, and standardized vocabularies promote meaningful data exchange. Tuesday’s session, “FHIR in Radiology: Enabling Next-Generation Imaging Workflows,” aims to explore the integration of FHIR, CDS Hooks, and FHIRcast in advancing imaging systems. Wednesday’s presentation, “Advancing Radiology Workflow with Modern IHE Profiles (AIR, IMR, IRA),” will illustrate how new IHE profiles enhance AI integration and reporting.

Kevin Kreeger, CTO at Fovia AI, expressed enthusiasm about the advancements in AI viewing software, stating, “After being the major AI viewing and interaction software since these demos started five years ago, we are excited this year to begin showing seamless integration with the burgeoning field of augmented reporting.” He emphasized the potential of new LLM generative AI models, developed by companies such as Jacobian, to enhance radiologist efficiency in report dictation. Kreeger noted that these models can be integrated with workstation applications via IHE IRA and AIR profiles, allowing for automatic inclusion of AI results in reports, including physician edits and modifications.

Fovia AI is positioned as a leading provider of advanced visualization and zero-footprint, cloud-based medical imaging SDKs. Its flagship products, including F.A.S.T.® aiCockpit® and F.A.S.T.® AI SDK, enable efficient access to AI results integrated within existing workflows from any PACS, worklist, dictation software, or hospital system. The comprehensive suite also includes tools for annotating, validating, modifying, and interacting with data, which facilitate seamless integrations across various platforms and operating systems.
