MILAN — Milan-based communication company FSB Group is launching Runway, a new business unit focused on the creation, production, and direction of fashion shows. This initiative marks a strategic expansion of the firm’s offerings, leveraging its extensive experience in the fashion industry, particularly over the past three years, during which it managed the production of runway presentations for high-profile brands such as Diesel, Missoni, Maison Margiela, Roberto Cavalli, and Marni.
Filippo Richeri Vivaldi Pasqua, a partner at FSB Group and managing partner of Fasten Seat Belt, another division within the group, emphasized the significance of this launch. “With the launch of Runway, we are systematizing the heritage and know-how developed over the years. We bring with us a portfolio of prestigious collaborations and a proven methodology: for us, the fashion show is an ecosystem where creativity and logistics must align perfectly,” he stated. Richeri Vivaldi Pasqua underscored the firm’s commitment to being the “partner of choice for those seeking executional excellence and narrative sensitivity.”
Headquartered in Milan, Runway aims to provide brands with comprehensive management and execution services, covering every aspect from concept development to direction and staging, as well as logistics and operations coordination. This end-to-end approach is designed to cater to the evolving demands of the fashion industry, where the interplay of creativity and execution plays a crucial role in the success of runway shows.
Leading the new unit alongside Richeri Vivaldi Pasqua is newly appointed managing director Francesca Nicoli, who has a robust background in the fashion and luxury sectors. Nicoli’s previous role as head of events and business director at Fasten Seat Belt gives her valuable insight into the industry. Her career spans over two decades and includes significant positions, such as overseeing global events and communication campaigns at Trussardi and serving as head of international events at Bally.
The establishment of Runway aligns with the broader trend of communication agencies diversifying their offerings to meet the specific needs of the fashion industry. FSB Group‘s network of Italy-based communication service providers, which includes Ready2Fly, Take Off, Pilot Room, Fasten Seat Belts, and Red Eye, positions the company uniquely in a competitive landscape that increasingly values integrated service solutions.
As the fashion landscape continues to evolve, with brands seeking innovative ways to engage audiences, the launch of Runway is a timely addition to FSB Group‘s portfolio. The company’s strategic focus on systematizing its expertise in fashion show production reflects a keen understanding of the industry’s needs, potentially setting a new standard for runway experiences. The emphasis on aligning creativity with operational excellence suggests that FSB Group is poised to play a significant role in shaping the future of fashion presentations.
