InMobi Expands Salesforce Partnership to Enhance AI-Driven Advertising Ecosystem

InMobi strengthens its Salesforce partnership to implement AI-driven workflows and enhance operational efficiency across its global advertising ecosystem.

Bengaluru: InMobi has strengthened its long-standing partnership with Salesforce to accelerate AI-driven growth within its global advertising ecosystem, transitioning towards a unified, AI-first operating model. This expanded collaboration aims to enhance operational efficiency across InMobi’s Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units by leveraging Salesforce’s advanced solutions.

Key implementations include the integration of Agentforce Sales to improve pipeline management and customer engagement, along with Agentforce Service to bolster advertiser and partner support through intelligent automation and data-driven workflows. The collaboration seeks to unify sales, service, and data functions, enabling real-time forecasting, enhanced opportunity insights, and improved decision-making capabilities.

To facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration, InMobi has also deployed Slack Enterprise Grid and unlocked Data 360, establishing a single, unified data foundation for personalized engagement at scale. Over its two-decade history, InMobi has emerged as one of the world’s leading independent advertising platforms, with AI and data at the core of its innovation strategy. The enhanced partnership with Salesforce is expected to fortify InMobi’s operational framework and support its global growth ambitions.

Raman Srinivasan, Senior Vice President – Digital Transformation & CIO at InMobi, remarked, “InMobi is building the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions for a mobile-first world, and digital excellence is a critical enabler of that ambition. Our long-standing partnership with Salesforce continues to support us in strengthening the operational backbone required to execute on this vision with speed, consistency, and precision.”

Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director at Salesforce India, noted, “Advertising is at an inflection point—where advantage will no longer come from scale alone, but from how intelligently and efficiently ecosystems operate. The future belongs to organizations that can unify data, AI, and workflows to move from reactive execution to predictive, real-time engagement. InMobi’s move to build a truly AI-first, unified platform reflects this shift. Together, we are enabling a new operating model—one that is more connected, more intelligent, and built to drive continuous innovation and growth at global scale.”

Looking ahead, both companies plan to further deepen their partnership through the implementation of Tableau and Agentforce. This collaboration aims to co-develop agentic AI workflows that will facilitate predictive insights, faster resolution cycles, and more proactive engagement with advertisers and partners. As the advertising industry continues to evolve, the partnership positions InMobi and Salesforce at the forefront of the digital transformation, emphasizing the critical role of AI and data integration in achieving sustainable growth.
