This expanded collaboration aims to enhance operational efficiency across InMobi’s Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units by leveraging Salesforce’s advanced solutions.
Key implementations include the integration of Agentforce Sales to improve pipeline management and customer engagement, along with Agentforce Service to bolster advertiser and partner support through intelligent automation and data-driven workflows. The collaboration seeks to unify sales, service, and data functions, enabling real-time forecasting, enhanced opportunity insights, and improved decision-making capabilities.
To facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration, InMobi has also deployed Slack Enterprise Grid and unlocked Data 360, establishing a single, unified data foundation for personalized engagement at scale.
